MKL has a strong record in Structural Engineering having carried out the Detailed Structural designs for the Proposed State University of Zanzibar (SUZA)

MKL was commissioned as Consultants for Carrying out the Rehabilitation Needs for 10 prioritized District Hospitals in Tanzania .

MKL has completed designs for the nine storey National Bank of Commercial block on Samora Avenue an d presented a feasibility study for the development of a prestigious commercial center bounded by Samora Avenue, Zanaki Street, Bridge Street and Kaluta Street of some 40,000 sq. m for the then Registrar of Buildings.

MKL has completed the design of NIC plaza 14 storey commercial office and is now supervising the construction of the Plaza, which is being built along Morogoro Road in Dar es Salaam .

MKL completed the detailed structural design including design of electrical and building services for a 12 storey commercial building for TRICOR in Dar es Salaam .

MKL has completed the design and construction supervision of the Zahra Towers under construction in the centre on Dar es Salaam .

MKL was commissioned by the Local Authority Provident Fund (LAPF) to design structural and external works for two ten storey buildings work which included site investigations and construction supervision.

MKL was commissioned by the Tanzanian Tourist Board who are owners of the former American Embassy building to conduct condition assessment of the structure following the bombing assessment which involved site investigations and analysis of the structural capability of the building.

MKL has been retained by Board of External Trade (BET) for upgrading services including all infrastructure and an international standard trade fair grounds for the Saba Saba International Trade Fair Pavilion Grounds and the Design and Construction Supervision of the 4th International PTA Pavilion.
